The trains run every weekend in December with the final day on Christmas Eve. Dates: 6th & 7th, 13th & 14th, 20th & 21st and then 23rd & 24th.
Yes. We will be unable to have guests meet Santa without booking in advance.
Tickets cover access to the site for the rest of the day you visit, train rides, time with Santa, and access to the workshop with the elves.
No, seat reservations are required only for humans. We kindly ask not to have dogs on seats.
Yes! It will be serving hot and cold food along with Christmas treats – including mulled wine!

If the weather is wet and cold, we recommend wrapping up warm and wearing sensible shoes. All of our activities are indoors, but some outside areas may be slippery or have puddles.
Unfortunately, no. Our buffet is in an ex buffet coach, and the small kitchen space we have creates an increased risk of cross-contamination, so we currently cannot offer options for specific food allergies or intolerances.
